Made-to-Order Items

All items are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Ordering the wrong size
Change of mind
Color preference
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request assistance, please provide:

Your order number
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to offer traditional exchanges.

If an exception is approved due to an error on our part, replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

An item arrives damaged or defective
You receive the wrong item
Your order cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Please note:

Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.
Design size and placement may vary slightly depending on shirt size.

These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
